Click on "Jewellery" found at the start of the main navigation menu. You will then be able to filter by stone, metal finish, colour and collection and sort by price, best sellers and new items.

Out of Stock Items

If an item on our website is out of stock, you will see the message "Out of Stock" on the product page. For more information on expected return to stock times please email our customer care team on customercare@savageandrose.com

You will receive a despatch notification email when each order placed is on its way to you.

Please note, items in the basket are not reserved (ordering is on a first come, first served basis).

RING SIZE GUIDE

All our rings are available in standard UK sizes L and O. If you require a size outside this range, please choose an alternative size from the dropdown menu on the product page of the ring you have selected. To find out your ring size, please refer to our Ring Size Guide.

PLACING AN ORDER

Once you wish to purchase an item, select the relevant colour and size (if applicable) and then click "Add to Bag". Your item will be added to your Shopping Bag and a small box will appear in the top right hand corner of the site to confirm your selection.

You can view your Shopping Bag at any time by clicking on "Shopping Bag" on the top right hand corner of the site.

Once you are ready to place your order, simply visit "Shopping Bag" and click "Pay Securely Now" to continue.

PAYMENT

At the checkout, you can proceed as a guest or create an online account with us once you have placed your order. By creating an online account, you can enjoy a quicker checkout process in the future and save your delivery and payment details. If you are an existing customer, you will be able to log in to your account.

GIFT ORDERS 

All of our orders come beautifully packed in our branded boxes, free of charge.

If you would like to include a gift message in your parcel please fill out the "Gift Message" section during the checkout process. Your message will be printed on branded Savage & Rose stationary exactly as you have entered it on the website and we will include a gift receipt rather than an invoice.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once your order has been placed and payment accepted, a confirmation message will appear on screen showing your order reference number.

An order confirmation e-mail with details of your order (including your reference number) and payment acceptance will also be sent to the e-mail address provided. This e-mail is only an acknowledgement of receipt of your order. Your contract to purchase these items is not complete until we send you an e-mail notifying you that the items have been dispatched. You will receive a second email when your order has been dispatched.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

If the item you ordered is in stock, we generally process and prepare your order for dispatch immediately, so it may not be possible to make amendments or cancel your order.

Please contact our Customer Care team immediately and we will advise as to what action can be taken. If your order has already been dispatched, then please return it to our Customer Care team, following the steps in our Exchange & Returns policy.

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price 

3. Contract

No contract will exist between you and Savage & Rose for the sale of any product unless and until Savage & Rose has accepted your order with confirmation that it has been dispatched. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Savage & Rose sends an order despatched email, and payment is taken from your credit/debit card. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. Only adults (persons aged 18 and over) are entitled to enter into legally binding contracts.

4. Pricing, payment and shipping

The prices payable for ordered goods are as set out in our website. All prices are inclusive of VAT in the UK and EU. Delivery charges will be clearly displayed when selected and included in the total cost. Delivery is free worldwide.

All orders are sent on a Delivery duties Paid Service meaning that no additional customs or tax charges will be applied.

5. Returns

Goods purchased from this site may be returned with 28 days of purchase if you are not completely happy with the product. This does not affect your statutory rights.

These terms and conditions set out the entire agreement between you and Savage & Rose in respect of the sale, purchase and use of the goods. 13. Gift Messages

We are unable to process any gift card messages using profanities or inappropriate language. Where possible, we will contact you to seek an alternative engraving/gift message, or you will be able to cancel the order.
