EXCHANGES & RETURNS POLICY

RETURNS POLICY 

We will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 28 days of purchase. This includes items purchased in a sale.

Goods purchased online must be returned to us in perfect condition and in their original packaging in order for us to process an exchange or refund. Due to health reasons, earrings may not be returned.  

PROCESSING YOUR REFUND

Upon receipt of items, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply). We will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.

We want to give you a hassle-free way to return anything. If for any reason you wish to return an item purchased online, please follow the steps below:

Please contact our Returns team at returns@savageandrose.com or on 0207 268 4923 to discuss your return.Once the returns team has been informed, please send your item(s) via Royal Mail Special Delivery with the appropriate amount of insurance. Please ensure the delivery note is enclosed with the product, and packaged up securely. Please use original packaging and remove the original labels.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS PROCEDURE

We want to give you a hassle-free way to return anything. If for any reason you wish to return an item purchased online, please follow the steps below:

Please contact our Returns team at returns@savageandrose.com or on 0207 268 4923 to arrange a pick up for your return.Once the return time is confirmed, please ensure the delivery note is enclosed with the product, and packaged up securely. Please use original packaging and remove the original labels.Please affix the returns note sent to you via email to the outside of the package when the pick up is confirmed. 

Please allow 7 working days from the posting date for us to credit your account. We will refund the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order.

Please note that you only need to return the items you wish to receive a refund for and that personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the product is faulty.

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If an item is missing or damaged, please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible with your order confirmation number to hand.

Savage & Rose cannot accept responsibility for items returned to us without an attached Returns Form or proof of purchase.

All returns and refunds are subject to the discretion of the Savage & Rose staff. 

EXCHANGING A GIFT

For refund requests, please note that we can only refund the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase.

If you received a Savage & Rose item as a gift, and it is not suitable, you can return it within a 28 day period. Please send your order to our Returns team following the Exchanges & Returns Procedure above, ensuring it is in its original packaging with your gift receipt enclosed and returns form completed.

For exchanges, if the value of the new item exceeds the original gift value, you will be required to pay the difference. Should the value of the new item be lower than the original gift value, the difference will be credited to the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase.
