DUTIES AND TAXES
VAT (20%) will be applied to orders dispatched to countries within the United Kingdom, excluding the Channel Islands and all other EU destinations. Non-EU orders are exclusive of VAT whereby the VAT (20%) is removed from your order at checkout.
RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
All our orders will require a signature on delivery. If nobody is available to sign for your parcel at the specified address, our delivery company will leave a card and telephone number for you to make alternative arrangements. To ensure the safe and undamaged delivery of your order, our delivery company will not be able to leave your order 'in a safe place' at the address.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You can track your order by logging into My Account. Tracking details are available from the moment your order is despatched from us to signed receipt at final destination.
PO BOX ADDRESSES
We are unable to deliver to PO Box numbers, BFPO addresses, mail-forwarding addresses and temporary residence addresses. This is to ensure the safe and undamaged delivery of your order.
DELIVERY AT WEEKENDS
Please note that our couriers do not deliver at weekends or bank holidays.
MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If your order is not as expected, please contact our Customer Care team on email@example.com as soon as possible with your order confirmation number to hand.
